Here we have a  STIHL Genuine Starter Spring or Rewind Spring or even Recoil Spring (if you speak American) for your old saw.
This 1118 190 0660 part number fits the 024, 026, 028, 032, MS240 and MS260 models. I may have missed some so please check your parts list or IPL if in doubt.
From time to time these springs flog out, well even the spring cassete can flog out too if your saw has had a lot of use.
