STIHL Genuine 088, MS880 High Flow / Heavy Duty Oil Pump # 1124 640 3203

Here we have a unique part that I actually thought was listed, but it was not!.
It's the Hi Flow / Heavy Duty Oil Pump, this little beauty has a pump shaft stroke of 2.35mm verses the standard one which is 1.75mm, so it's quite a bit more. This of course suits those of you who make a living cutting slabs or also work in dirty hard dry wood, and can save you a lot of money by keeping your bars and chains in better shape.
Most of the STIHL standard oil pumps run a but shy of where they should be with regard to oil flow, which is a shame because that can cause problems when you're working the saw hard. This pump will fix that problem.
Please note that this pump can drain the oil tank before the fuel tank so best to run the oil tank full and the fuel tank at 1/2 to 3/4 which is what I would do until you work out what is the correct level to fill the fuel tank to, like to match the pumps flow rate.
There is no doubt that this little pump will do a mighty job for you. It's easy to fit too, just remove the clutch drum, the clutch, then the worm drive and then you can change the std pump for the high flow one.
