STIHL Genuine 090 Clutch Washers.Inner and Outer...1109 162 8905. 1109 162 8900
A must have if your saw has done a lot of work, these washers will be worn or deformed. So, if you're changing your clutch out to one with new or fresh shoes, it's most wise to change these washers as well.
Just in case you're wondering how they go on, this is the order when everything is removed;
First the crankshaft cup washer goes onto the shaft and up against the case.
Then the clutch drum bearing with some fresh grease.
Then the clutch drum.
Note after this step, take some brake cleaner (spray can) or some neat petrol or gas (if you're American) and make sure the crankshaft has no grease or oil on it... it needs to be dry.
Then place the smaller black inside washer on the shaft and put it on with the bulge facing outwards.
Then the clutch with the crush sleeve (make sure that the crush sleeve is free of oil and grease)
Then the pressure ring
Then the big flat washer with the dots on it
Then the nut or if you have one of my crankshaft security kits, then the "Schnur" washers
and the nut.
