STIHL Genuine Compensator Grommet # 1124 121 9100

Here we have a part many of you have been asking for, the Oval Carburettor Compensator Grommet.
This part gets hard over time and therefore needs replacing.
Fits many saws from the 029, MS290, MS310, MS381, MS382, 039, MS390, MS391, 044, MS440, MS441, MS046, MS460, MS461, 064L, 066, MS651, MS660, MS661, 084, 088, MS880, MS881, etc... (many more too).
On the last image on this ad the grommet is part no 27.
Do not buy non genuine with regard to this part,  as such poor quality just does not last!... Genuine STIHL is best for your saw!
Please note that it is very important to have a good connection between the compensator and the Air Filter Base Plate and this small part is responsible for that. I have worked on many a saw where this grommet has not been fitted correctly thereby causing problems.
It's best to use some silicone grease or STIHL Assembly Fluid to aid in that connection as it is often seen that this grommet is not connected properly which does not help your saw at all.
