Here we have a Genuine STIHL Fuel Tank Breather / Vent that fits the following saws models and probably some more that I have missed.
MS150T, MS151, MS171, MS181, MS192, MS193, MS194, MS200, MS200T, MS201, MS201C, MS210,MS211, MS230, MS231, MS250, MS290, MS310, MS660, etc.
If in doubt please check your saws parts list of IPL.
These vents are very important to the saw's fuction and from time to time they can block up and fail.
The last two pictures show that on some saws the vent presses into a grommet in the tank, yet other saws like the 201T it sits on the end of a nitrile vent hose like the last picture
