Here we have a Special RIBE Collar Screw which is made in Germany and it's special for at least the 020, MS192, MS193, MS200 and MS200T.
It's not a screw that you can do without. It's a STIHL proprietary screw too, not something you can buy at your hardward store, that's for sure.
Here if you need one anyway...
